At Joyner Designs we create high impact, professional-looking branded goods. You can choose from machine embroidery, screenprinting, DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, heat-transfers or a combination.
Regardless of which method you choose, embroidery or printing, we require good quality images, in any of the following formats: cdr, ai, eps, bmp or a large scale high definition jpeg.
Files must be for PC – not Mac.
Embroidery Services
Embroidery has always been considered as the elite and enduring method of garment embellishment. The glossy rayon thread is perfect for vibrant company logos.
Embroidery need not blow your budget – in many circumstances it is more economical than screenprinting.
Printing Services
Joyner Designs offers several types of printing and can advise which method is most suitable for
your needs.
Screenprinting
Screenprinting requires a film and screen for each colour in your logo. Therefore the more colours you have, the more expensive this option would be. However, screenprinting can be more cost effective when larger volumes are required. The cost of creating films is a one-off charge and these are kept for future use. Screens on the other hand, need to be created and charged for on each order.
Direct-To-Garment Printing
Using a special inkjet printer and textile inks, this is the most economical way of printing small quantities. Garments need to be 100% cotton.
Transfer Printing
Computer cut graphics, logos, sports letters, numbers and team names are just some of the uses for heat-set transfers.
Transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester and similar fabrics. Whilst some coated nylons can be printed onto, some are not compatible. The make-up of the fabric will need to be known to ensure the best results.
